Your claim will be paid as soon as possible once all necessary documents have been received and your claim has been assessed and approved.

If you currently have a Loan Protection or Consumer Credit Insurance policy with our former provider CGU through MyState Bank and need to make a claim or update your policy you should contact CGU directly.
