Stockland Rockhampton branch closed due to storm damage
First published on December 5, 2018
Yesterday afternoon, parts of Central Queensland experienced significant rain and storm damage.
Our Stockland Rockhampton branch received damage to the roof and a significant amount of water has entered the branch damaging the ceiling, walls and flooring.
We are currently assessing the structural integrity of the site and until such time as repairs are carried out, the branch will remain closed.
There are a number of alternative options to access MyState Bank while repairs are undertaken:
- Branch – the nearest MyState Bank branch can be found at 102 Bolsover Street, Rockhampton
- Bank@Post – deposits and withdrawals can be made at any Australia Post nationally using your Visa Debit or rediCARD and PIN
- ATM, EFTPOS and card transactions – you can use your Visa Debit or rediCARD to make transactions in store or withdraw cash from an ATM
- Customer Care – our team can assist with queries and changes to your account – call us on 138 001
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we will work to ensure that we’re back up and running as soon as possible.
Updates will be provided as soon as further information is known.
