Assistance for customers impacted by Queensland bushfires

If you’ve been affected by recent bushfires in the Queensland region, we don’t want you to worry about money matters. So, we’ve introduced a number of emergency assistance measures to support our affected customers.
These include deferring loan repayments, waiving of fees for over the counter transactions and early access to term deposits without penalty as well as hardship assistance for customers whose incomes have been affected by the fires.
