To open an account, you need to be at least 13 years old, have an Australian residential address and hold a current Commonwealth Seniors Health Card, Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card.
Don’t forget, to remain eligible for a MyState Bank Basic Account, you need to let us know your current Concession Card details. Be sure to get in touch with us when you have received your new card and provide us with your new details.
If we don’t hear from you
Upon the expiry of your Concession Card, your Basic Account will switch to a MyState Bank Glide Account which has a different fees and charges, terms and conditions.
Tip: get in touch with our Customer Care team on 138 001, or visit your nearest MyState Bank branch to avoid having to switch accounts and receive any unexpected fees.
